The reception staff are excellent. Unfortunately I have made a complaint against one member but 99% of the time they have always been efficient, caring and considerate and very helpful. David the nurse is an outstanding member of your staff. He has given jabs to my baby daughter a number of times. His manner and care are exemplary. Dr Blyth is also one of your doctors who deserves huge recognition for outstanding care and empathy. Many thanks for the great work you all do.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The doctor I saw didn't rush me and seemed to have time to discuss my condition and the treatment options available. I felt involved in the decision on the best course of action and that the doctor was genuinely interested in me as a person and the impact my illness has made. The facilities offered at the surgery are excellent - a lovely, clean and welcoming environment. I like the music that plays in the waiting room and the ticketed appointment waiting system.
